we stayed there, it felt like we were boarding, we talked nicely with the hotel manager, but instead we spoke loudly, not very polite, not recommended👎🏻

Now the service is not good, starting from the AC which is not cold, the water is turned off, many of the facilities are broken, such as door handles and beds, the lady at the cashier is not friendly, the waiters are less than professional.

1. When checking in, you will be surprised by the fact that it is the first time in your life that you have been complained by a hotel clerk (a middle-aged woman who seems to have been hired not based on professionalism) because the room price you got on the app is cheaper than the original room price.2. When you bring your 2 elementary/middle school children, the hotel staff will force you to take an extra bed.3. When you stay more than 1 night, your room will only be cleaned upon your request. If you think the janitor will do it automatically (because that's the case everywhere), you're wrong. When you and your family leave the room, instead of cleaning the room, the hotel staff only leaves a piece of paper notifying the room that the room will be cleaned at 15.00. You will realize that in the afternoon your room has been left as is. When you ask to be cleaned, the hotel staff will shout at you, stating that your room can no longer be cleaned.4. Apart from all that, the accommodation is very comfortable to stay at. We usually stay here at certain times for up to 1 week. While everything is still running normally with friendly officers.So, hopefully there will be improvements.
