The receptionist doesn't have basic problem solving skills for customer complaints. Asking for a change of bed sheet, this reason is the one that doesn't make sense, he said the bed sheet stock is empty hahaha. Their response was as if "customers who look like they want a lot even though their actions are negative. Look at the photo for yourself, it looks like the bedsheets have been changed or not? Change the bedsheets or not? Asking to move rooms instead adds 95 thousand in cash. And you're forced to pay instead of sleeping on such dirty sheets. Zonk . Really worst service. This is the first time I've encountered RedDoorz this bad.
