THE WORST HOTEL STAYED EVER IN MY LIFEIt’s a new constructed hotel about 3 years ego but the maintenance and cleanliness makes this hotel like 300 years old the room is worst.. upon checked in find a huge blood stain on the bedsheet. And the wall has terrible lipstick mark all around the room.Under the bed huge plastic bag filled with tissue and leftover food.really dusty.the bathroom has dirty water. I will never get my chaki (my dog) shower with the dirty water of this hotel.. the wall of the bathroom really moldy and the toilet haven’t seen the brush since the hotel opened. And the worst thing after 2 minutes of getting inside the room heard the noise of mosquito and with in few minutes whole mosquitoes family takeover me and my friend. No options left for me to leave this dirty hotel. Being an Indonesian citizen I would urge the authorities to close this hotel as soon as possible. We can’t let the tourists from outside the country to experience our dirty services same as this hotel.

This is the first time I've seen a really bad hotel. Starting from not getting toiletries, getting a really bad room, the water heater didn't work, the water came out a little, the worst thing was that under the dirty mattress there were used condoms and lots of rubbish, the towels also had lots of stains, the facilities didn't work at all.

I'm someone who knows the rules, and I also don't like dirty environments. Even though I am a smoker, I am very against smoking in my room, even in my own room I never smoke. Well, when I stayed here I remember very well that I threw the cigarette butts and the box in the trash can. But instead he was slandered for violating hotel rules for smoking in rooms which ended up being charged/additional money worth 250k. I swear to God, I'm not willing to pay the fine. And in fact, when this incident happened, I had time to defend myself by asking who the cleaning staff was who cleaned my room after checking out, but what could the hotel do to cover it up and clean it, judging me harshly with evidence of cigarette butts in the sink that weren't there before. Besides, while I was staying there, I never smoked in the bathroom. You can check CCTV. I always smoke in the non-smoking rooms. And finally, because the hotel kept slandering me, up to 3 people at that time, while I was alone. And I don't want to make too much noise because I want to leave suddenly for work. In the end, I just paid with a heart that has not been sincere until now.It's enough to experience slander like this. Please make me the last person you make like this. (note: I stayed alone because I had work assignments)

The plan was to stop for a while at this hotel. The room is actually quite clean, but the pillows and sheets are very dirty. The bathroom drain hole is near the door, so it's difficult to get out, plus there's no mat in front of the bathroom door.But the parking is spacious and there are security guards.
