I don't understand anymore, he's tired, he can't access the lift back and forth. Even though the residents are permanent and always pay on time. The receptionist is often not there. I once complained that the water pipe was overflowing, I kept waiting and reporting until a week and no technician came. In the end, I'm looking for my own way to fix it.
