I'm a Australian citizen and I am so grateful To be able to stay here. The stuff are amazing. Really good hearts and kindness. Very clean rooms. I strongly recommend this place.

+The 2nd floor room is good, no problems, comfortable for that price, all electronics work, wifi is fast.-The rooms on the 1st floor are really dirty, the dirty walls make you feel itchy. I wanted to cry, finally I was given a move to the 2nd floor, so much better.There are only 2 professional waiters. The others are really bad, it's better if the RM waiter has 5 feet. When there are guests, I'm screaming like that, hanging out at the guest's table, sitting like a thug, when the customer asks for help, he actually pushes his friend. Impolite. Managers must pay attention to their workers.

Absolutely terrible. I thought things couldn't get any worse after our hotel in Vang Vieng (Laos), but I was proven wrong.The reception was still ok, when we saw the room it was over.As soon as we opened the door we were met with an unpleasant smell. Window facing the hallway, so no fresh air can get into the room. This is how the smell arises. The bathroom was still wet and just disgusting. There was a disgusting substance on the shower floor that I didn't want to take a closer look at. We didn't sit on the toilet for the first time during our trip around the world. I think that says it all. Also no ventilation in the bathroom, simply unbelievable.Some wooden objects in the room lose their covering because it is constantly wet and damp.The bed was reasonably comfortable, but that was it.The wall was dirty, as was the floor in the corners.I have no idea where these good reviews come from. Just awful and disgusting.
