Booked & immediately paid for 3 days via the OYO application, I was just calm because I thought I would just check in at the hotel, but apparently not.Arriving at the parking lot directly at the parking lot, whether you have booked or not, I answered that I have booked. D ty again, what do you use? OYO, right? If OYO is a scam. Many people have been affected. I was surprised that I couldn't park, I didn't say anything, I immediately went to the receptionist and said I wanted to check in, I booked via OYO.Immediately answered the receptionist, this hotel has never collaborated with OYO.I still don't receive it, I said, people are on the application, how come the hotel doesn't cooperate but it appears on the application?D answered again, yes, many people have been affected by that, we star hotels have never collaborated with OYO.HELLOWW, if you know there are so many victims, OYO will take action, don't harm customers like this. I have to take care of the refund which means I have to wait for days to get my money back. You have to go around Medan to look for a hotel, especially during PON. The receptionist also didn't say sorry at all, instead he was arrogant in answering (it's a shame I didn't take a photo of the receptionist, because I was already annoyed) 👎👎👎 BAD SERVICE 👎👎

This hotel is registered with OYO, we have booked and paid, it turns out that when we checked in the receptionist said that this hotel does not work with OYO. Many people have become victims, but the hotel is relaxed as if they are supporting this fraud. Because I've seen this hotel for a long time on OYO's list, it's been years... why doesn't the hotel ask OYO to remove it from the application list?? So suspicious
