The soap is mixed with a lot of water, even the shower is not clean, haizz... The room has bad walls, the door is broken, it's hard to close.. I feel very disappointed.. it's like having a room that can get 4 ratings... it's a trick...

Not good to rest. In room descriptions says 'soundproof' but you can hear fly flying in the corridor. Literally every sound from outside can hear in the room. Door is glass and wall is glass window. Very hard to rest. Other guests make a lot of noise from 5am. Also can hear loud traffic all day and night. Very bad! Reception has no solution, only say sorry. No room change etc. And in corridor always light on very bright, so don't have darkness in room. When you turn off they turn back on in a moment... ๐๐All 3 days i didn't get good rest. Night shift using phone very loud also.Also in bathroom no sink, and also 'sorry' but nothing yo change it. Wifi very unstable can't use. Speed test shows 40mbps but in reality cannot open website or videos.AC works good and location is good for places to eat and shopping malls. Also free water refill.Furniture in the room very old and falling apart.Room is nothing like on the photos and description. Very expensive for what it is.Don't recommend!!

VERY BAD. Dirty room smells of urine. The deposit money was forfeited and even continued to increase for various reasons. Narrow room. please don't want to stay here!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!The room was super dirty and disgusting, the sheets were stained, the towels were almost black from being dirty, the pillows were also dirty, everything!!!We asked the person who received us if he could change our sheets and he said NO because THEY DON'T HAVE A WASHING AREA. We asked about a room change and he said they were all the same. Truly a horrendous experience, plus the receptionist hardly spoke English, and the hotel is located in a dark and ugly alley.Don't spend your money on this "hotel", we had to move somewhere else.

Terrible place, we had to leave immediately upon receiving the room. Terrible service, they ask for deposit money despite booking through the application. The place is hidden and dark, the service is terrible, the place is extremely dirty, and the room too, the towels are black, with hair, and the sheets with holes.

The staff is quite friendly but the room is very old and all the sheets and towels are not the right color to use anymore... the parking alley is also empty... I'm so tired of getting to the 3rd floor especially since I'm carrying a baby up the stairs

I have booked this place on Agoda as reddoorz near paladium. They have reviews on Agoda. When i arrived they said they don't work with reddoorz anymore, so they didnt honor my booking.The receptionist didnt speak any English.No apologies, nothing. Had to look in the heat with luggage for another hotel.Please dont book!

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom toilets are comfortable and clean. The TV functions well and normally. Friendly and professional service. Breakfast facilities at 8 are less accommodating if the event is far away and starts early.
