Please improve the service at the hotel receptionist/lobby, there have been problems with the room booking service 3 times. Order via WA for the number of rooms and date and to confirm it, call again but the officer did not record it according to the order. We have experienced the same thing 3 times at different times, even though we often hold events at this hotel as well as for office activities. Please be very kind. to hotel management to improve their services

For a district that is quite far from big cities, this hotel is actually not bad.Clean, the rooms don't smell, the bathrooms are clean, the water isn't dirty, there are amenities, there's drinking water.Only one drawback, the receptionist is not friendly. When we arrived his face was very dirty. We just asked questions and they answered as necessary.Breakfast is ordinary, both taste and variety. Luckily only 1 night.If there isn't another hotel that's quite big, it seems like if you go to Rantau Prapat again, it's like staying here.

The best hotel in Rantauprapat, clean rooms, cold AC (although a friend's room wasn't cold, he said), the breakfast menu wasn't too extensive but it still tasted good. The location is also on the main road, next to and opposite there are restaurants too.

Stay overnight before continuing the journey to MedanOverall, everything was ok, the staff were friendly & nimble in providing extra beds, even though it was already 22.30.Because we are still fasting in the month of Ramadan, at exactly 04.00 in the morning food is available for sahur
