Pro: Hosts were really nice and breakfast was decent. The coffee, I must say, was good though.Con: Room was stuffy with a little standing fan. Toilet was decent clean but on the day we checked in, we were notified that there will not be hot water supply as the heater is down. This truly is a bummer. There were trails of ants coming from the toilet (from the outside) leading all the way to the bedroom area. I saw a few ants crawling on my pillow in the morning. It was quite a traumatic experience for the price I have to pay - 400k per night. We checked out immediately one night after and found another accom down the road at just 300k with hot water and air conditioning. Man do we not want to go back to that place as the cons seriously outweigh the pros. Owners should seriously look into solving the ants issue and upkeep the rooms if they are charging at such a rate compared to their competitors. Also, it was already very noisy at 5-6am in the morning with the traffic just at our doorstep.

Our visit in Sidemen was short, but we enjoyed our 2 night-stay in Mantra Guesthouse. The views of this place are just amazing and the people who are in charge are very nice and always willing to help. They offered to bring a very good breakfast to the balcony every morning so we could start the day enjoying the views and also helped us with laundry. Communication was also very good and fluid. The facilities need a bit of maintainance. Although the room was clean, there where some wholes in the sink or the door, so there were lots of ants in the room and the bathroom all the time, specially at night.

A top guesthouse to spend a few days in Sidemen!The manager is very kind and helpfulThe breakfast is good and the view is magnificent (I recommend the fried rice for breakfast, you won’t regret it)It is well located and you can rent a scooter to go a little further.On the other hand, a little noisy at night because a vent overlooks the street but the view compensates for this small downside ;)

Loved staying here! Scooter rental directly from the guesthouse, breakfast via WhatsApp on the balcony and super friendly people around. And not to forget the beautiful and peaceful view. Made my stay in Sidemen special

Very good guesthouse to spend a few days in Sidemen!The lady who runs the establishment is very kind and very helpful.The breakfast is good and the view is magnificent.In addition the place is well located and you can get around the city on foot without problem, you can also rent a scooter to go a little furtherI recommend!
