I arrived around 10.40 pm. With Bad service for my welcome, i went here first time. And I feel bad with first impression. no one tell me about how to came at 6th floors and I saw some people fixed something near by elevator (so i was thinking it was close) then I was starting to walk around to find the way.. feel really bad like i wanna cry with my 7 kg. For my carry on..

It's a little far from Siam's shopping mall, but it's a surprisingly convenient location for sightseeing. |The facilities are new and very comfortable. |The bathroom is large and comfortable. …

Beautiful room, new, very clean.Beautiful lights, wide bed, comfortable sleep. The bathroom is beautiful and clean. But there is no toilet paper. (I don't know if I forgot. or not available as normal)In the early evening and early morning, there is a slight disturbance from the sound of the train whistle. The walking distance from the room down to the front of the hotel is quite far. Change 2 elevators But the walkway connecting the buildings is beautiful and easy to walk. Overall it is considered very good.

The hotel is in a great location if you're visiting the Chatuchak area or Queen Sirikit Garden. There's a fruit market right across the street, and the nearby MRT station makes transportation very convenient. …

This is the second time staying here in seven months. I think it's an example hotel that maintains the standard "no expectations, no disappointments" well.HighlightsNew hotel, fairly spacious rooms, clean, good beds/pillows, comfortable sleep, soundproof room even though there are many foreign guests, ok price, convenient parking up and down. There is an elevator to the lobby. Turn on the bright lights, a hotel near Kamphaeng Phet MRT and walk across the road to a 7-Eleven. Good location, suitable for anyone who has business around Chatuchak Park. The room view is of Bang Sue Central Station (strange, although not beautiful). Breakfast is ok.Things to consider for guests coming to stay1. The employees look tired from the front to the dining room and cleaning staff (met the same two employees while eating breakfast at 7:30 a.m., which are the same two people I met the night before at 8:00 p.m.). Most of the employees are Interns (white shirts) including those at the front desk Has determination but is not yet skilled. Looks embarrassed and confused. Can't find the bag I left behind.2. When checking out, you have to wait a long time to check the room. When I walked in and asked, I was told it was finished.... Complaining that if I don't come and ask, I don't know how long I'll have to wait. The blue-shirted employee explains that it takes 5 minutes to check the room, which is exactly 5 minutes for the customer right now. The housekeeper just keyed in....3. The surroundings of the hotel are very quiet even on Saturdays and Sundays. And the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool/no fitness center. (But there is a flying turtle tank on the 4th floor) Suitable for sleeping and resting only after going out all day. (There is a rooftop but do not use the service)4.At the bottom of the hotel, near the escalator. Clearly separated from the hotel. There will be no help from the hotel staff at all, such as taxis, luggage, confusion about parking, etc.

Near to Chatuchak and opposite OrTorKor market if that's where you'd like to visit. Otherwise this hotel is a short walk from Kamphaeng Phet Metro Station which takes you down to Sukhumvit the long way or to the nearest BTS Station at Mochit. From there, it's about 45 min to Siam and the vicinity. No bath tubs, no pool, a room service that you need to order in person (closes at 10pm) and a simple massage spa you have to book at the counter. (Look for Aord - she's good)Walls are thin, so best to keep your voice or TV down in the room. My neighbours were still talking loudly after midnight so I knocked on the wall to let them know I could hear them. They were nice enough to tone down.I was sus about security. I came back to my room to find my safe opened. I didn't want to make a big deal about it as it was my first night, so I let it go. Also - Housekeeping should NOT leave room doors closed while cleaning. Trolley should be placed outside the room door to indicate service and to prevent others from entering. This is a hospitality standard to maintain security that was not adhered to herePlease take extra caution for yourself especially if you are travelling alone.Fyi. Surrounding areas are very dark at night. Most shops close at 7pm.For the price, this place is comfy and clean. I'd consider staying here again if I'm planning to visit JJ market. If not, I'd rather stay in Sukhumvit or Rajdamri to be near the major malls and tourist spots. I'm also going to keep all valuables on me whilst staying in this hotel.
