Loved everything about this place. The room, the location, the views, and the staff were incredible. It’s located in a very quiet area so all you can hear are the sounds of nature. The hosts were incredibly helpful with all our requests, we rented a bike off of them & it was in great condition. They made breakfast for us in the morning which was tasty. The bed was super comfy and they came and made it each day. The bathroom is outdoors so it’s something to keep in mind if it rains. During our stay we found some puppies that had been abandoned so we texted them to ask if they could help and they said yes and took them in. We cannot wait to go back and visit again and to see how the puppies are doing. Thank you so much for an incredible stay in Sidemen 🤍

What a jewel. Immerse in nature, two perfectly well equipped villas with beautiful view in a quite area close to Sidemen. Above all I will remember the kindness of the family that runs the place. They helped me decorate the room for the 30th birthday of my daughter. This place will stay in our Hart for ever.

A place not to be missed! 3 nights with a warm welcome from the family. The rooms are very beautiful, modern and tastefully furnished. You will find a kettle and a fridge there. A water bottle is available at reception. The view of the jungle and the mountains is simply incredible in a very well-maintained garden. Everything is calm, relaxing and yet close to all activities in the surrounding area. The breakfast is perfect and brought every morning on the terrace. A big thank you to our hosts.

Excellent structure, new very close to Sideman which is within walking distance. Friendly owners and excellent breakfast. The place is quiet and surrounded by nature. Only the sounds of nature can be heard.

So happy to have found this place! Idyllic. Peaceful and quiet, set amongst the beautiful rice fields, winding mountain roads and arcadian village life of Sidemen. Mirah and Gusti are the most helpful and friendly hosts you could hope for, explaining to me the cultural requirements of Nyepi day while making sure I didn't starve :) The rooms are new, clean, quiet, private and functional. Great view to Mount Agung and the surrounding hills. I am very much looking forward to returning again soon. 5 bright, clear, mountain-air stars!

I highly recommend this hotel 10 out of 10. Mirah and her husband are the kindest hostess I've ever met. They cooked a breakfast and brought it to our room and helped us with everything we needed. They make you feel special. Also the room is amazing, comfortable bed and beautiful shower. The views are incredible, the landscape will leave you amazed. The best hotel in Sideman for sure, you've to come! I wish I could visit this beautiful family again.

Best place to be and sleep in Sidemen. The family that keep the house was so nice and kind, always looking for your confort, told us recommendations and places to eat. Great views from the house to the Mont Agung and nice place in the jungle that makes you feel at home. I recomend 100%

Don’t hesitate to book your stay at Papahan! The place is beautiful, with a lush garden and optional view of Mount Agung.The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and served whenever you want.Finally, the family that runs the inn is adorable, caring and helpful!I highly recommend this amazing venue.
