A heavenly place with very attentive staff. I recommend this haven of peace! Very comfortable rooms and a restaurant with succulent dishes at extremely attractive prices.The only downside is that it is located on the side of a road and the beach is a little far away, which limits walking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dasawana Resort. It is an incredibly beautifully designed hotel with a lot of greenery. The pool was very pleasant and mostly very clean.The rooms were slightly worn and the bed sheets had very slight stains/signs of wear. All in all, very hygienic and super nice staff.We immediately received free juices when we checked in and scooters were arranged for us at a fair price.The ambience in the green with the sounds of all the animals nearby was very nice. Frogs, gekos and bats could be observed regularly.

Positives: beautiful garden and very good staffNegatives: We rented the most expensive option - a large house - a bungalow. The cleanliness was very bad - clumps of dust under the bed, chewed switches, we didn't even prefer to put anything in the closet. They didn't go to lock the front door. The air conditioning in one room is so loud that it is possible to sleep (even on the lowest power). The space feels musty :-(. There is a lack of regular maintenance - everything gradually falls apart and does not work. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The walls have not been painted for years. It's a shame - I think a little would be enough and it would be great.

Very nice place! We enjoyed comfortable accommodation in a green setting. A real jungle, butterflies birds and even ballet of monkeys....a very well maintained swimming pool and all this close to all amenities.A breakfast to recommend...... The pineapple pancakes.....

This hotel located in the heart of Candidasa has a magnificent garden and a very well maintained swimming pool. Both in the heart of the city and quiet. Very attentive staff and excursions offered at a fair price. Huge family bungalow

Wonderful homely hotel. We had cottages 5 and 6 which interconnected so we could stay with our children. The restaurant was reasonable priced and delicious. They would serve you in the patio of the room if requested and drinks by the pool.

The location of the resort is good, because it is set back a bit, you hardly hear anything from the busy main road. I didn't expect so much given the price that was still quite cheap for Candidasa... but you don't seem to be reinvesting a cent more! There were holes in the ceiling due to water damage, even the shower head was broken and the rest of the furnishings were extremely shabby.

I stayed one night in a room with a separate living room and bedroom. I made a reservation because the general reviews weren't bad, but black powder kept falling from the ceiling of the bedroom, the walls, furniture, and most everything else were torn down and left without any repairs. There was a hole in the ceiling, and even the shower was broken and had not been replaced. As soon as I entered the room, the smell of naphthalene was so strong that I felt dizzy. I didn't expect much since it was cheap, but I feel like it was a waste of money...

The location set back from the main road and the green gardens in which the resort is embedded are unfortunately the only positive aspects of the Dasawana Resort. Our bungalow was pretty shabby, with water damage and holes in the ceiling. The pool wasn't really clean, which is why we only used it once.During a week's stay there was a long power outage in the evening and neither the very outdated bed linen nor the towels were changed during this time. Even though the Dasawana Resort was quite cheap compared to other accommodations in Candidasa, we were extremely disappointed with the service on offer.

Decent place to stay in Candidasa. Our room was spacious, and the garden was lovely. However, the room was a bit dusty when we first checked in, and the toilet couldn’t flush. The staff fixed it though! A bit more maintenance would be great 👍

One of the nicest place I have stayed in Indonesia. Excellent restaurant for medium prices. Beautiful gardens, very nice and comfortable room, and friendly devoted staff. Overall excellent value. I will go back when in that area even if it is not on the (long gone) beach.

Location very good if you have a moto. Local food about 2 km, big food shops about 4 km. Nice room, soft bed, amazing balcony view to the pool & garden. Free water (21 L) in the room. Safe, clean and quiet place. We stay here one week.

One of the best places in the hidden gem that is candidasa… great location / easy to get around. And fab facilities/ well kept and cleaned. And what makes this place so special is the manager Ketut. He can organise anything you want - from taxi/ airport transfer to motorcycle rental to scuba diving adventures. Really honest person with a great friendly disposition. Thanks Ketut! And the resort itself - has well furnished rooms with everything you need. The pool is clean. The breakfast huge. And great snorkeling site in blue lagoon (better than virgin beach) and chill swim beach in virgin beach. Great village side views around 🌊

For medium to long term stays. Renting a bungalow costs less than $15, making it extremely cost-effective. There is hot water in the shower, so I think it's a great place for families to relax.There are some delicious restaurants nearby, so it's a great place to spend a week.

The place is nice with a very Balinese feel, comfortable, complete facilities, including water heater, TV, WiFi, refrigerator, dispenser, electric kettle, swimming pool, you can still hear the sound of frogs and crickets, it's so beautiful, the bathroom is clean, there is a bookcase in each room, carvings Each room is beautiful, big wardrobe, small clothesline available, kitchen, balcony for family to relax, workers are friendly, just great 😁

Very nice hotel! We rented a small house which is not so small in fact, equipped with a kitchen with a bathroom for each bedroom. Very pretty garden, the swimming pool is great!The restaurant's dishes are good and the service impeccable! Unbeatable quality/price. So many good times spent here.
