A very reasonable price. It's close to Padangbai Port to Gili, but it's hard to walk. I'm satisfied that the employees are kind and cheap.

Hotel Employee tried scamming usWe needed a Taxi to go to the doctor because of my high fever. We tried getting a grab or gojek but because this area is ruled by the local taxi mafia the drivers did not dare picking us up there. When we asked the employee he let us wait for way longer than promised and after I asked how much it would be he said 300.000! The drive to the clinic and back would each have been not even 15 minutes. When we told him on gojek it costs only about 90.000 he replied with a smirk that we should take the gojek knowing fully well we could not.We ended up instead renting a scooter ourselves.The hotel otherwise was fine but that was unacceptable

My wife and I stayed 1 night in Padangbai to go diving the morning after our arrival.We both got sick after breakfast. Diarrhea, stomach aches and general discomfort. This prevented us from going diving and we were issued a dive cancellation fee.I have to leave a very bad rating to hope to get a response from the establishment which does not seem to want to respond to us.

Quiet place, unbeatable staff attention, good food. We loved being there, Padangbai is very beautiful and this hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helps with everything. Super recommended.

Positive:- Very nice and courteous staff- Spacious room- Pool available- Scooters available for rentNegative:- Remote location, thus relying on transport or scooters- Partially unpleasant smell in the air-Bathroom in very poor conditionBreakfast is completely ok for one night. If you stay overnight for several days, it's relatively monotonous.

Not quite as described on the web site. Quite remote. Poor limited choice breakfast, Room was adequate but not very superior as advertised. Rather disappointed. Helpful staff. A corner bath with a dodgy shower over hardly constitutes a hot tub. Not sure where the balcony was....lots of rubbish below the terrace (possibly another property) black sand beach - not a place to swim.

Solid hotel for a short stay in Pandang Bai. The hotel is located a bit away from the harbor, but you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for a fair price. The breakfast is okay. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for a juice. The pool is sufficient and very clean. The rooms are big enough but not exceptional. The air conditioning works great without you having to sleep directly in front of it. As I said, it's okay for 1-2 nights.

Had a nice short stay here.Stayed in this accommodation for 2 days.We wanted to save the fee for the moped for this station.It worked well, we walked to the Blue Lagoon and the White Sand Beach and the Warungs.There is a beautiful black beach just behind the hotel, 5 minutes away. Not a single tourist was there.Cooling off in the pool is a dream after such a short hike.

Fantastic staff, fresh pool and fresh rooms. Toilets and bathrooms are in need of updating :). The coffee is not as Bali coffee should be. But the whole is absolutely worth the price and the friendly and accommodating staff make the stay a good experience.

The pool is the perfect temperature, staff are kind, and the beds and sheets are comfortable. There are rooms on all floors (the top floor has 6 sets of stairs with no elevator). The Aircon was too weak for the room and the shower doesn’t get hot.

A wonderful mansion-like accommodation. The swimming pool and tropical tree scenery are nice. The bedroom was so-so, but not bad for just sleeping. They also provide breakfast, and I asked for vanilla pancakes or scrambled eggs, coffee or tea, so I asked for pancakes and tea.The pancakes taste so so so. It feels like Bindaetteok. I think scrambled eggs taste better.If you ask, they will pick you up and drop you off at your next destination after check-out (charge applies).

Arrived 2am on a delayed flight. Dewa picked us up and brought us here. Real nice guy and helpful. Arranged breakfast for us next day and is very knowledgeable and professional about everything.The Hotel itself is great and affordable. Got all the amenities you'll need. The pool is clean and the overall design is traditional.Anytime you're on the way to Gili islands from Padang Bai, this is the place to be!

We decided to stay here one night before taking a boat to the Gili Islands.It has beaches quite close, about 15 minutes walk, and some Warungs where you can eat at a good price. Our room included breakfast and despite booking with very short notice (we booked that same day) they had the room ready and were very attentive when we arrived. You can walk to the port although it is a walk, but we decided to walk.
