I was attracted to staying here because of the reviews from TikTok, but when I arrived it dropped because of the attacks of flies everywhere... the room didn't have air conditioning so things went wrong, I wanted to open the door/window, the flies when I got into the room, it was stuffy when I closed it... it was difficult to eat because I had to shoo away the flies so they don't get on the food... ask for an extra mat, you also have to charge extra even though the room price is not cheap, for prices above 1.1 million... the shower in the room is broken, the pillowcase smells musty, people's heads don't seem to have been replaced... ugh, I want healing instead I have a bad feeling...

there is still a lot that needs to be repaired, especially the wifi which is very difficult to connect, there is no parking for VIP customers, the hot water is said to be "broken" but how come the pool isn't damaged, the noise penetrates into the room, the room heater is just called "heater", a lot flies in the hotel lobby in the morning, the breakfast menu is very inappropriate for a hotel

The location of the hotel is at the top in Darajat so the air is fresh and still foggy at night.The hotel is adjacent to the Darajat hot spring soaking pool which is open 24 hours and also a water park.Above it there is a villa or cottage at Puncak Darajat which is more private, including a private plunge pool (3rd photo) and still one group.The surrounding area lacks food stalls so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant with a simple menu.When I went there, it was fly season so it was very annoyingThe hotel is a new building, well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious.1 room has 2 twin queen beds so it can sleep 4 people (including breakfast, get 4 coupons).The experience was that while taking a shower, the naturally warm water suddenly stopped so I had to call before it came out again.Also in the morning there was no warm water so you had to call first before coming out even though the service was quick to respond.The towels provided also didn't look clean.When I had breakfast at 8 o'clock, the rice was gone and the side dishes weren't small, so I had to wait to cook the fried rice and sunny side up eggs.

The tourist attractions are good recommendations, lots of parks and good for photo spots. lots of gazebos too. with an entry price that is not expensive but you get quite good facilitiesI think the bungalow is quite comfortable, but towels are not provided.In my opinion, the service is responsiveAdvice for visitors staying overnight is that breakfast is best before 7 o'clock so that the dishes are still complete,

Few times visited Garut but this is the first time I stayed at Hotel Darajat Pass. The place was recommended! The employees are so friendly and fast action. It was very cold till 12 degrees during evening till dawn. Hot swimming pool and water park, clean and large room with big bath tub inside made us wants to go back for the next staycation. Overall, I really recommend to stay here when visiting Garut. :)

I want to tell a little storyI rented a 12 person Pasir Wangi bungalow for my big familyFirst the waiter came, okay. 3 rooms, 6 double bedsComfortable because the bungalow near the pool is only 10mOnly lack of adviceThere are no toiletries, no towelsIt's normal for every villa or bungalow hotel to always have preparations from homeBut for breakfast, it's just a normal menu, there's no dessert at all... there's no fruit... just white rice and nasgor and chicken porridge, the menu is very small.Hopefully in the future it will be further leveled according to the priceAnd like other hotels, there are more choices on the breakfast menu
