To be repaired, there are a lot of air conditioners that don't get hot, water taps that don't work with water, but the lacking facilities are covered by the service of the employees who look after this guest house, who are very kind and friendly... basically the service of the brother who looks after the guest house is 100 stars. ..

Amien Guest House is in a strategic location on Jalan Ir.H.Juanda, Kota Baru District, Jambi Province.A suitable place to stay, quiet, because it is far from noise.especially for those who are traveling long distances and passing through the city of Jambi and staying to rest at night to relieve fatigue and the next day must continue the journey again.The condition of the rooms is quite good, there is AC, TV, drinking water, towels, and of course you can take a warm shower.Room prices are not too expensive. When we stayed in June 2024 the rate for the stay was 180K. You can book a room via the Traveloka application or you can contact directly via telephone or WA so that the room is prepared.The location is very quiet, because it is behind a row of shophouses. You can park 2 or 4 wheeled vehicles directly in front of the accommodation so it is safer.Regarding food, don't worry around the accommodation... (just walking distance) there are various food and drinks / food stalls available.Service is quite good. When we had a complaint, the response was very fast.Suggestion: Please improve the cleanliness further. For consumer satisfaction.

There were four of me with my husband and children...take a room for four. Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, strong water, spacious rooms. Affordable prices, friendly staff. There are those selling martabak, catfish pecel. The place is right on the side of the road. Thank God we felt comfortable and rested soundly.

+ Cold AC+ spacious enough for the price of 100 thousand+ quiet, suitable for resting because both sides of the garden are empty.+ sufficient parking+ the location is suitable for cheaters because it is not visible from the road.- the bathroom is not clean- the sink cannot be used- no toiletries- service is lacking- You have to ask for towels and drinks.

If the facilities match the price, it's just that compared to similar accommodation (same price) it's not clean, the windows are dusty, the bathroom doesn't drain smoothly, it's just a bit unpleasant, I've stayed here twice, I don't think it will happen again, we went in at 7 "morning, morning" you have to leave at 7 am too... okay, well, this is the second time we go in at 10 pm, the next day at 1 pm they come to me and they say you have to leave, time is up, just found an accommodation like this... guess the time entry and exit must be the same hahaha
