Very very uncomfortable, the hotel doesn't use privacy, just anyone can come in, sleep is not peaceful because there are lots of disturbances, basically it's very bad

The rooms are cramped, dirty, many facilities that are not suitable for use and have not been replaced, such as broken toilets, stained bed sheets, torn blankets, the service is responsive but a bit dirty, there is no bath soap, the room smells bad, especially if someone is cooking, the smell is very disturbing to guests, communication between employees is not in sync, it's not recommended if you're not in a pinch, it's better to look for another hotel, the price is quite expensive, it doesn't match the facilities provided...

It's 12 noon when I'm outside, no one has been informed about whether to check out or continue, but I just took my things out of the room without me....it really feels like I've just kicked them out.
