Clean accommodation with complete facilities. The accommodation has a lot of room, would like to add more light to the walking path. In the rainy season, it's scary for reptiles.

Reasonable priced accommodation View of the Mekong River from a riverside room There are both hotel-style rooms and separate houses. There are both old and new. There are many to choose from. There is a restaurant next to the river in the accommodation. Personally, I would like to criticize check-in and check-out. Having one receptionist is not enough, so you have to wait in line for a long time. Please help improve. The room reserved has a musty smell. The old atmosphere is scary. But the view in front of the room is very beautiful.

The atmosphere by Roy is considered very good because there is a walking path around the Kaeng Khut Khu area. You can take a walk along the Mekong River in the morning or evening. Can be used for jogging very well. We stayed in rooms L1 and L2. The rooms are not very neat. But what is very unacceptable is that the toilet won't flush. This should be improved quickly. It's difficult to press and takes a long time trying to fight. Feeling very lost It's a pity that the view in front of the room was considered good. The staff providing shuttle and luggage services are very helpful. I must praise them.

Old room, no soundproofing. Late at night, customers in other rooms drank loudly until midnight. Called to report the answer that was given. A customer who had been drinking called to report the second round at 2:00 a.m. and still hadn't dealt with it. No management, expensive, good like the view is good, other things are not good.

Stayed in a single-family home room next to the Mekong River, beautiful view, far from the walking street, but next to the Khut Khu rapids. In the evening the atmosphere is not chaotic. suitable for walking Run for exercise in the morning or evening.If you have a chance, go stay at the new building on the 2nd or 3rd floor to admire the view of the Mekong River and sip cool water.

Booked through Agoda. On the day of arrival the power was out due to rain. After a while, the light came on while loading things into the accommodation. A total of 5 rooms reserved (not a room with a river view) is a view of the room door instead. There are 4 rooms with double beds and another room with 2 5-foot beds. In this room, the lights did not turn on even though there was power in other rooms. finished The employee told me to wait and the light would come on. Waited more than half an hour and never came so had to ask to change rooms. which made him look dissatisfied Even though if they had changed it from the beginning, there would have been no need to clean the room where the lights weren't on (because when we stayed, we'd take a shower and change clothes even though it was dark). The view of the location is very good because it's next to the beautiful Kaeng Khut Khu rapids.

Very good value for money.Great location next to Kaeng Khut Khu Market with views of the Mekong!Walking street Chiang Khan is 5 km away by car.The swimming pool is great in a beautiful green setting.Spacious and pleasant room even if the bedding could do with being changed, that's the only negative point. Bathroom with good flow and hot water.
