Please, no matter how tight you are, never stay at this hotel. The rooms are dirty and tend to smell damp. The bedsheet had lots of stains and the toilet was really dirty, lots of yellow stains. The room was stuffy like the smell of cigarette smoke. Very minimal AC. This is the most GONG, how come guests are given wet towels??????

The room is a bit scary π
especially if you get a room in the corner but I forgot what number it is, the closet and the bathroom are partitioned like that, but it's just a horror, I'm afraid someone will peek out from the shower and it's in the closetππ then the AC doesn't work well, the sheets are dirty with spots. , towels are torn, cheap but give you goosebumps, I'm tired of looking for cheap hotels π

the room does not match the photo. the room was very dirty, especially the bathroom was dirty and smelly. It was stated that there were toiletries but in fact there were none and there was no drinking water. tube tv doesn't work, blankets are dirty. really don't recommend

My first mistake was just playing booking and not looking at the reviews on Google. Just took a quick look at the reviews on Reddoorz and the only ones that look good are the good ones πThis place is a nightmare, really chaotic.The bathroom was unfit for use, dirty for mercy, there were several caterpillars coming out of the mattress.After entering the room, he immediately decided to run away without thinking twice.Sorry ππΌ

I just wanted to take a transit to rest overnight because after a long trip and then I got a room in the corner in the middle of the night, it was so damn noisy, it made it hard for me to sleep.

The initial intention here was to transit after a long 27 hour bus journey.At first it was okay, the staff helped carry my large suitcase. I got the last room in ROOM NUMBER 25.No suspicions have arisen yet, because in my mind the hotel is as clean as in the photo on the booking page. But it turned out to be REALLY DIRTY!!THE TOILET IS NOT WORTH IT!!Firstly, when we arrived at the bed sheet room, there was Tai Cicak, luckily the staff was still there, so I asked and luckily the staff offered to change the bed sheets.The bed sheets were replaced but they were in disrepair and had holes in them from cigarettes and lots of stains, but never mind, it was called a budget hotel, I thought that night.But the most embarrassing thing, THE TOILET IS DIRTY, CRUSTY, FULL OF MOSS, NARROW, THE CLOSET IS ALSO CRUSTY, OH MY GOD THIS IS NOT WORTH RENTING TO PEOPLEπππI even bought mineral water at Indomaret to clean. There is no water heater, aka no hot water. Again, you have to understand because this is a budget hotel.I asked for a room upgrade, because I was also ready to spend extra money for a comfortable sleep after my long trip. But the response? He said he couldn't upgrade the room without telling me the reason.Want to move hotels? The hotels I called were all full, even the Fave Hotel class was full and that night it was already 23.45, I was also very tired, finally I forced myself to sleep, fortunately my body was able to compromise.DON'T WANT TO BE GIVEN ROOM NO. 25, AT THE VERY END, DIRTY, HARD TO SIGNAL, THE HOTEL WIFI DOESN'T REACH TO THAT ROOM.It's better to renovate the hotel first, even if it's a budget hotel, cleanliness is still the main thing.Don't just assume that budget hotels are just what you want, instead customers will tell you to understand that "THE NAME IS ALSO A CHEAP HOTEL" that's not the concept, actually!!In the world of hoteliers there is no term like that, even though the hotel is cheap, I also pay with MONEY, NOT SWEET WORDS, I am a customer entitled to comfort, your hotel is well maintained, the customer is satisfied and the chances of the customer returning to stay at your hotel are greater.The room shown on the payment page in reality is very different.The mattress also felt like it had fleas or there were lots of mosquitoes, because the next morning the body had bumps.Because I was tired, I didn't feel anything when I went to sleep, after traveling by bus for 27 hours.

To be honest, the rooms are actually really good, the location is also strategic near Cipanas too, the price seems standard, 300k for 1 room for 4 adults, the cleanliness is ok, the bathroom is also ordinary, the shower can also have warm water, the toilet is also seated, the air conditioner can also be adjusted independently, you get 2 towels and blankets for 2 beds, there is a cupboard and a mirror too, the only thing missing is that there is a flea on the bed π I couldn't sleep all night because my body was so itchy I was bitten by a flea on the bed in the end. I can sleep all night and then the lights go out and there's no wifi provided π₯±
