TL;DR:Plus: Good location and hotel. Helpful staff.Minus: Guest management is not good, the lights went out twice.Info: One room can accommodate 4 guestsLong version:Good location, at the top of the hill so the view is really good. I honestly love this hotel if there are no problems below. The road to the hotel is small and steep, bordering a cliff, a bit difficult if you are going uphill to pass other cars.Check in was fast and efficient. The staff helps if there are problems.Breakfast delicious. On the day we came, there were fried eggs, fried rice, beef soup, papaya, watermelon and sticky rice cake.Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. Beautiful terrace and yard.In total there are 4 cabins/units/rooms. Before deciding to stay here, this place is suitable for us who are looking for quiet accommodation even though we can't control the other guests, at least we think booking 2 of the 4 cabins has quite an impact. In several agents/OTTs that I checked, the maximum can only be 2 people per room, maybe you can ask for an extra bed.On the day we stayed, there was a group of 7 people renting 2 cabins. So, you can share a room with 4 people. Although it's not nothing, we are fine with them being loud and all. But apparently it affects us, at least at breakfast. When we arrived on the breakfast menu, the fried rice was gone, we didn't eat at all. Also request eggs first. We are not expecting a grand breakfast set, we know what to expect in such a hotel. The time to manage the breakfast portion for 4 cabins failed, try... When the number of guests increases, for example 7 people in two cabins, please manage it so as not to disturb the rights of other guests. Yes, it's not a matter of whether you can have breakfast or not, but as paying customers and we're on holiday, we choose a quality hotel so that we can enjoy our vacation, so we're too lazy to look at the breakfast menu afterward. The hotel was a bit remote (because of the location at the top of the hill), the weather was cold, I was really hungry, so I was doubly disappointed.The lights went out twice, the fuse tripped. Actually, it's easy, just raise it again. The problem is, the staff doesn't know. The receptionist was in a different building, we were in the furthest cabin. The first time it was annoying, I called the hotel, it was immediately repaired. The second time I was confused, in the morning when I was getting ready to check out, the lights went out while taking a shower. I tried calling, no one answered. It's a hassle if you have to go to the receptionist to tell you that the lights are out. I'm annoyed
