the accommodation is not professional. I can't book via apk, but via WA you can, as long as you've deposited, you've been told what time of day it's OK, but when you've paid the deposit, you don't reply again, oh that means it's OK. When I arrived in the middle of the night the room was full, I said it was nice to say I had returned my money. I don't think that people who are traveling far away need to rest when it's difficult to find other accommodation at that time. If you don't agree, you don't have to say okay, ask for a dp but you don't get a place, instead you just stare back. not professional.

YOUR MANAGEMENT IS A MESSEven though I ordered a DAY before checking in, when I arrived at the location, the room that was booked was actually given to someone, WITHOUT NOTIFYING SAMO ONCE I CAME TO THE PLACE.So when I arrived, I was asked nicely, but instead there were a lot of people running around like bajay, my body was tired from the journey, but instead I got service like this.Mano dak ado nian saying sorry, ngeles long.Please be more professional when doing business.If there really is an empty room, say yes, if not, say no, if it's booked, don't let someone give it to you!
