Crazy, just checked in. Look at the reception, the tables next to it are super dusty. Everyone's making a profit. In every hallway the rooms are really dark. My husband opened his room, oh my God, it was really dusty, lots of mosquitoes. And smelly too. Without thinking twice, when I wanted to stay for 2 days, I immediately moved to another hotel.The receptionist even said, why did you move? The hotel is dirty, right? Wow, he feels it too. Sorry, no photos. I already have a bad feeling with this hotel

Don't go to the Raja Residency Hotel, bad service! New employee, join in duet... with a little deposit doneThe AC is off, you can't ask to change rooms! Not really a recommendation for those who really want to stay overnight to rest. Because the condition of the room was dirty, the TV had no broadcast, I complained but said it was a problem because the weather was not raining. But until the next day the weather was good but there was no broadcast. There is no soap, toothpaste, toothbrush. When you asked for a towel, you were given a very small towel. The bed sheets seem to have never been replaced. Not to mention the sound of room karoke which can be heard clearly from the room. Very annoying. Not to mention that the toilet flush doesn't work, it only relies on a shower which has very little water coming out, the hot water doesn't work, and there's almost no water in the sink. I regret paying 200 thousand to sleep in a hotel like this.

Sorry... the condition of the hotel is not well maintained, there is a bad smell in the hallway, there are rats roaming around on the second floor. The shower for bathing is not good and there is no hot water available for bathing. Disappointed services.
