The rooms and surrounding area are very clean. New mattresses, blankets, and towels are clean. The room is spacious, complete with amenities, quiet. At night you can hear the sound of cars passing by because it is next to the main road. There is parking for 3 cars in front of the property. The property is not far from the walking street. Downstairs there is a coffee corner. Drinks and snacks to sit and eat It is considered convenient and worthwhile. Recommended.

House next to the main road In front there is parking for about 3 cars. And can park on the opposite side. The rooms are clean, have amenities, refrigerator, TV, fan, air conditioner. water heaterand a living table in the room. The accommodation room has two beds. During the day and at night there is always the sound of cars running. The house is next to the road, easy to travel anywhere. Let the accommodation call a car to pick you up for the trip. In the morning, Patongko and Ovaltine coffee are served.

The accommodations are clean, towels are changed every day. Toiletries are freshly provided every day, even if not requested. Clean items. There is a TV, refrigerator, seating for eating, coffee in the room, bread, Patongko and coffee served in the morning. Service admin responds quickly to problems. The caretaker recommended areas in the hotel and was very hospitable. There is a slight problem: there are few power outlets in the room. The air conditioner cools slowly and takes quite some time to cool. Affordable price It's called quality that exceeds the price.

Homely guesthouse. The room is clean, spacious and airy. Staff is friendly and thoughtful - we didn't need the room cleaned but they left a basket of toiletries and fresh towels outside for us. It feels pretty new and pictures from guesthouse are accurate. Location is great, away from the traffic at Chiang Khan walking street and only 10 mins drive from Phu Tok. They have a small area with hot water, instant coffee, hot chocolate and some biscuits for breakfast.Only down side was that the wifi wasn't very stable, the room was a little cold at night (we stayed in December).

There were 14 people in total, so we reserved the whole house. The house is very clean. Everything is in order. Came to stay in December. The weather is nice and cool. You can take the Skylab car to the walking street. Price is 20 baht per person.
