Worth it, the price compared to what you get.. The room is clean, the AC is cold, the shower works well, there is a water heater kettle, there is a gallon of water, the cupboard is quite big.. There are several drawbacks, car parking is a bit difficult, if other guests also happen to bring cars , the road to the room is also a bit troublesome if it rains, because there is no canopy... But overall this is still *5 the price compared to what you get... the owner & room manager here are also very friendly...

Highly recommended for those looking for cheap accommodation but with good facilities. For backpackers, you can do it here. Quiet place because it is in the Brawijaya housing complex, the place in the far corner. If you use Google Maps, it's better to go via Jalan Brawijaya so you don't wander into small alleys. Very friendly service, there is also a clothesline available so you can dry your clothes after playing at the beach. It is located not far from Cakranegara.
