The accommodation is super clean, very warm and welcoming. We felt like home! We were surprised to discover that the accommodation has a terrace, a small living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom, just for us! The owners are extremely kind and welcomed us in the best possible way. We had our evening meal at their place and it was a great time! They helped us get to the station very early in the morning and made us a takeaway breakfast, really helpful of them. I can only recommend staying there and I will return with great pleasure! 😀

Great house in a quiet location! Gede Oka and his family are warm, helpful and accommodating hosts. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We were allowed to store our large backpacks with them for a week so we could explore the island on our scooters. 😇

We had a great stay at this amazing place. The neighborhood was really nice and traditional! The house was clean and comfortable. The family was really welcoming and they gave us an amazing breakfast!! We would come back definitely!!

Such a beautiful house .Lots of space for a whole family.Very, very clean.Food can be ordered,made by the owners wife.Breakfast is also available.Loved it, will come again for sure.

Nice apartment, spacious and clean.The only flaw is there is no hot water, but don't worry, it's not particularly cold here, in fact a cool shower is just what you need.Kubu and his family are nice people, very hospitable and will make you feel at ease.Furthermore, if you need laundry service, they can take care of it directly.Whatever you can ask, they will surely be able to help you.I highly recommend it for a short or long stay whether in Lombok.

The guesthouse was so nice and the family who owed it were amazing. So friendly and spoke great English. They looked after us and their homemade food was unreal. The location was so nice as well, as it wasn’t touristy at all. Amazing experience. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Kubu Pilatus! The apartment was spacious and clean, and the family were so welcoming and made us feel at home. They made us lovely local food everyday, and had an excellent laundry service. I would highly recommend staying here!

I have been traveling Indonesia and Lombok for a while, and this accommodation really stood out amongst the rest. While other accommodations in the same price region are more or less similar in comfort and kindness you receive, this place is truly different. It feels like a one in a million stay and I am certain everyone will feel like this.The exceptional kindness you receive from host Putu and his family can not be matched. They truly want to make you feel at home and help you with anything. They are genuinely good people, and just want you to have a good relaxing time and they go well out of their way to give you that.The family home is conveniently located close to the bus station, which was useful to me as I always try to use public transport.The rooms are decorated homely, are well supplied and quite roomy. There is a big patio outside and an extra kitchen within. Airconditioning was needed and available.I can say this is definitely the best place to stay in Mataram, and depending on your needs, and budget, possibly even the best place in Lombok.

😊 Beautiful, sweetly decorated apartment in a quieter part of Mataram town. Putu and his family welcomed us so warmly and helped us with any difficulties. You immediately felt like part of the family.We particularly liked:- Hospitality!!- Warmth of the family!- Price performance ratio!!!- Super delicious breakfast :)- Helpful!- Cleanliness- Lots of space in the apartment- Very cozy- Colorfully decorated☹️ too little time

A really great place to stay. The family is very warm and helpful. The apartment is clean and there is enough space. The bathroom is also very good. There is a fridge, fans and air conditioning. There is also a large table outside that is easy to sit at. The breakfast is very, very tasty.Price-performance ratio is great!
