Ask for reviews from people who have actually used the service. Just moved out Expensive common fees Collect everything. Even though the furniture is old, the elevator is old, the interior is not clean. If something is damaged due to being old or due to age Condition of use requires reporting repairs to the dormitory and charging the entire cost of the item. And the labor cost is very expensive, so I have to buy and replace it myself. There is a common fee charged. Central water pumping costs The central electricity bill is separate. The air conditioner is cleaned every 6 months. I just had it cleaned in March. Move out at the end of June, air conditioner cleaning fee will be deducted. Cleaning fee 850, coloring fee and other things are deducted. The parking fee in the details when inquiring stated the contract was 7 months, but when the actual contract was made it was 1 year not as specified. In this case, we were careless and did not read the contract thoroughly. Parking isn't good at all. The road is not gravel, only rain. When it rains, it is very muddy. Said they would improve but still didn't see any improvement until the day we moved out. As for me, I don't recommend it any more. Or would you like the dormitory to consider improving many things?

Location is ok, convenient to travel (but society is very toxic). If it's a main holiday, be prepared that there will be loud people drinking and drinking. Don't expect to be able to relax. In terms of service, it's good to a certain extent, but who likes peace? A little bit, it's still not suitable or I'll get nervous.

Furniture costs are collected every month, money is taken in every way. Save everything There is a promotion for new tenants. And old tenants who have been here for a long time, you keep every baht. There are no promotions for old tenants. Plus the rent has increased. Normally, you pay for the room + water and electricity. The average salary is 6000/month. There was a month where we often returned to the provinces. There was hardly anyone in the room. My younger sister went to study, my mother and I went to work. We would return at 1-8 p.m., but the electricity and water bills The room rate almost doubled. You probably won't be confused. Even though we were hardly in the room.

But behind the dormitory there was a drinking circle every day until dark at 11:00 p.m. Always midnight There's both playing music. shout singing loud talking It is not recommended for anyone who doesn't like loud noises or is a difficult sleeper. Because if you don't want the noise to be loud, you have to close the windows all the time. I told you it would get better just for a little while. After a while, the noise returned again. Looking at it, it shouldn't solve any problems unless we move out ourselves. P.S. I have already reported this once. How many more notifications do I have to make?

The room is okay. Soundproofs well if the glass door behind is closed. The environment is quite toxic. There is a liquor store behind the building. I've been here for 8 years now.High safety, has an elevator, clean, tidy, full ten comfort, close to shops, near the hospital, not far from major department stores.Convenient transportation, at the entrance of the alley there is a 7-11, behind the building there is a market. Complete parking lot :)
