I had a very bad experience renting this hotel because of the service from an employee named Mr. Sipoyo who chased me away several times, reprimanded me for moving parking in an impolite and unfriendly manner. Some facilities were damaged, such as the shower not turning on and the AC not cooling. Initially I didn't want to review it on Google because it was trivial, but because Mr Sipoyo's service made me angry, I made this bad review. Please be careful with this employee, because the receptionist with long hair is very friendly and kind. And for the Guna Wijaya hotel management, sorry it has to be like this, I am too disappointed with Mr Sipoyo's service

Quite comfortable for transit. The room I used happened to be a bit narrow. The blanket is small for both of us. The bathroom is quite comfortable. In the morning it's really noisy because it's close to the intersection, there's a guy who doesn't blow his whistle and it's loud all the way to the room. There is a koi pond which makes it cute

New Hotel, spacious and clean rooms.Second floor but there is no lift, access is only stairs.In the afternoon the room is really hot because the 1/2PK AC doesn't feel the sunlight.The rules at the hotel are not clear. Needs improvement in management and service.Hopefully in the future it can be even better
