I'm really disappointed with Reddoorz. This accommodation has been closed for 6 months but I don't have a cash register at Reddoorz. Where can I go? If that's the case, my husband wanders around at night, goes to work at 10 at night, just goes to bed, I've paid, even the pager is closed, it's really bad, don't stay here, especially via Reddoorz. money not returned can't be called fraud

This is like a home villa but rented per room. plus there is hot water. the others are bad.the room was dirty and hadn't been swept, there were lots of red ants that had been left unattended, the toilet was really dirty as if it had never been cleaned. It's better to look for another one with a slightly expensive price as long as it's comfortable while on holidayThe waiter doesn't stay 24 hours

Like it wasn't maintained, there were no guards on standby, the bathroom wasn't in the room, it didn't match the soup, there were no toiletries, I went there and ordered a deluxe room which had a bathroom inside but when I arrived, "I can't, because there's already one see you first." So I went up and down the stairs to go to the toilet. Because the position of the sharing bathroom is downstairs. Security is not guaranteed, I'm a bit anxious about leaving my motorbike. The front room window was open, so paper had to be propped up. Anyway, disappointed😭😭😭😭😭

super badly disappointed... RedDoorz is not careful about hotel service providers... I ordered and paid for the Angel Guest house booking on the RedDoorz application but when I arrived at the Angel Guest house location it was closed and couldn't be contacted... it was a total fraud... . the money didn't come back...serious serious serious...Be careful for those who are just resting, don't ever want to order on any application to stay here... those who have already paid but are closed and won't respond and of course the money won't be returned...I went all the way to Lembang for an event documenting lodgings in Lembang but ended up losing money... if you want to see this, Angel Guest House can be seen on Instagram and of course it's not for recommendation but a fraudulent review.

Dirty! Doesn't match the picture! The floor is dirty, it seems like it has rarely been mopped. Dirty bathroom. Bedsheets are disgusting! Looks like it hasn't been replaced. Still used by other people, really smelly, dirty, disgusting, lots of stains on the sheets. Asked to change the sheets but it wasn't granted. He said it was like that. In the cupboard there were piles of sheets and blankets that smelled bad. As soon as the cupboard was opened, a foul smell came out.If it weren't for being forced to be late at night, and the next day I had already checked out, it wouldn't be possible at this Guest House.In conclusion, this guest house is dirty, not well maintained.

The water heater is not active, WiFi is not available, the rooms are quite spacious, the toilets are quite dirty, for the rooms there is only 1 bathroom in the room, the restrooms in the other 3 rooms have the toilets outside, plus it is near the tourist area and dining area, the parking area is quite spacious, and the guards are quite friendly. According to price.
