Not Good at all.Cockroaches milling aboutThe room was dusty, smelly, the sheets were stainedThere is no AC in 3 rooms & 1 old AC is brokenThe bathroom has cockroaches, it's dirty, the shower is plasteredLiving room okayThe pool has frogsWorst kitchen! cockroaches walking between the plates, dirty pots & pans crusty, charred black. Rusty dish rackVery noisy until dawn.Additional foam mattress 75 thousand/mattressAll photos shown are not like reality.Price 2.1 million a night. Crazy! Look for another one.

Worst villa!!! Rooms with old school AC won't work! D plus there is no ventilation!!!! The towels were no longer suitable for use. The room was very dark. There are dirty marks from termites that can't be cleaned!! The bedcover is so worn that the sheets have cigarette marks!! It's crazy to waste money on facilities this bad!! Don't be fooled by photos, NO REAL PICTURES!!! I have included all the facts as photo evidence
