Please read this before making a reservation!!! So you don't regret it, don't be fooled by the photos!! Honest honest review.Not recommended... villa in the middle of a public housing complex. The parking lot is narrow, enough for 2 cars, but it's very tight, the water pump is turned off from 8pm to 6am...please, the water is really important, sometimes it's turned off at that hour.. We've been complained several times by neighbors of the villa or the security guard, I don't know, they say we're noisy, even though it's still 4pm... and that's why the villa is meant to be rented out for fun. This actually makes people stressed and tell us to stay there. It's strange... the small swimming pool is just enough for the kids to swim. Only 3 rooms, not suitable for groups... if the carpet or bed sheets have stains we will be fined... the suggestion is that it's better not to rent the villa, there are lots of rules, water use is limited, there's really no prior coordination with the neighbors if it's a rental villa... think about it please. If you want to order here, you won't regret it!!Hopefully it can be an evaluation for those who own a villa

There's just water...that's the first time it flows, the water is like coffeeI swear it was so traumatizing.The security goes back and forth and scolds visitors on the grounds that they shouldn't be noisy...you can only sing in the house...Vacation feels like in a military hostelFix if you want holiday traumaCome to this villa

The first and last time I went to Villa Andaru, there were lots of rules about not being able to use the sound freely even though it was still afternoon at 4 o'clock, I was visited several times by security taking turns, water was limited, only 3 bathrooms, not suitable for many people, small swimming pool only for ages 10 and up. downstairs, parking is inadequate#holidays are becoming less fun.

The location is quite strategic, close to tourist attractions and places to eat. The air is cool, the villa is large, very suitable for having a large family. The facilities are quite complete, quite clean, just put the swimming pool in, don't just add chlorine but drain it too 🙏 thank you
