Just checked in in the afternoon, immediately checked out in the afternoon, the villa was dirty and not well maintained... under the bed there was a lot of used bottle trash that hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom wasn't clean either... it was a bit scary because there was minimal lighting...Even though the view is nice...Unfortunately it is not well maintained

The service is friendly and responsive, the place is cool with views of mountains and flowers, but at night it's a bit scary (because only one of my family was staying at that time) there's minimal lighting because the position is a bit inside, unfortunately the building is poorly maintained, the door is difficult to lock you have to use a technique to lock the door, the water heater has to know the gap so it can turn on, the equipment is not functioning properly, the sink has a leak in the water channel, lots of cobwebs, ants and worse, RATS, coming out of the bathroom...Suggestion :- Provide a number that can be contacted when you arrive at the villa- Don't put the TV on the floor so watching it isn't comfortable- Lighting lights repaired- The cabin is maintainedPlease pay more attentionBamboo Cabin 5Thank You

The most terrifying accommodation I have ever visited. Suitable for those of you who like to test your courage. Rats, spiders, wasps, lots of flies too. Many of the floors are crumbling. The toilet water doesn't work. Very slow response service again.

The location and views are quite good, the facilities are not well maintained, the beautiful flowers and fresh fruit add a lot of coolness to the view, unfortunately the swimming pool is not well maintained, the water heater is also not active, the door is a bit difficult to lock, the admin responds quickly even though the location is quite far, hopefully this will be an input.

The place is beautiful and very cold. Hot water is provided for bathing. There is a swimming pool. Unfortunately, many of the pavilions are damaged and the bamboo tree house facilities for playing are no longer maintained. When we got there the swimming pool couldn't be used because it was undergoing maintenance. The mountain views are very good plus views of the community gardens.

Very strongly do not recommend. Sorry, it's no longer fit to be lived in, it's not clean, the curtains are torn, the door is quite difficult to lock, the bathroom is dirty and the door doesn't fit to be closed, there's no soap prepared, even the bed sheets, towels and pillows are actually missing. suitable for guests to stay overnight, the location of the accommodation is very far from the reception office and to contact the office there is no intercall, it is very difficult to get lighting at night.Service is also very, very bad.We really regret choosing this accommodation, sorry the price does not match what you got.We arrived and not long after we canceled our stay and looked for other accommodation.So experience and learn.
