Stay for 2 days 1 night at a Balinese villa in Tirta Kencana. The villa is nice, fully furnished, cold water con, direct view of the mountain. There are several things that can be improved, such as the sink water in one room not coming out, water coming out in another room is small. There are several types of breakfast menu, mostly carbohydrates such as fried rice, uduk rice, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, and fried chicken protein. There are other menus such as porridge, cereal, fruit, arrowroot dodol. Thank you

The room is spacious, there is warm water and hairdyer, you can get 2 king beds, pool viewbreakfast is quite complete and delicious 👍The staff are friendly and helpfulThe swimming pool is wide and the water is warm, there are various water parks,,Hopefully the quality can be maintained, highly recommended staying here 👍👍😘

The glasses used by previous guests weren't washed!! There are still lipstick marks, there is no coffee and sugar either. I wasn't really prepared... the suite room wasn't soundproof, the next room was really noisy until late at night

The AC was dirty, so it wasn't cold, when the technician checked it, it was so dirty that it only got cold at 12 at night. Tell the receptionist only to get an apology. There is no compensation at all. Hilarious hotel

Got a VIP room at the very end but there are always cleaning tools in the front of the room like in the photo, but BT why don't you just store them at the back, that's close to the emergency door, even though you just keep them there if you don't use them, then the sink doesn't work properly, aka it's clogged, then if If you want to enter the swimming pool area, you have to get out first. There should be a special path for hotel visitors, and I think breakfast is a bit lacking, especially the fried riceHopefully it will be better in the future

I like the view of the hotel, it's very beautiful. The rooms are also spacious with comfortable mattresses (I'm on the 3rd floor executive). Buffet breakfast with a varied and typical Indonesian menu.But, I'm confused about the layout of the bathroom, instead of making such an unclear barrier, it's better to just install a bathtub/make a shower room. Because that's how dangerous the bathroom layout is.Then the steps of the swimming pool slide are a bit fragile, they need to be repaired because they are dangerous.The service arrived, thank God, it was ok! The staff is very helpful and helpful when called.

Looking for this place, I suddenly found a Golden Cabin room in TRVLK, I don't recommend this type of room, the lighting isn't enough, it makes my eyes tired, it's not good to stay in the room for a long time, the broken lights aren't replaced so it hurts my eyes, I can't work, the room is cramped, the water tap hot in the soaking tub leaking noisy all night. Standard breakfast, ok service, strategic location in the Garut city area, decent water park

There is still a need to improve services, among other things.... on Sunday, the hot shower facilities which can be used as therapy for the elderly are actually not working well because the pipes are damaged. Nice villa like in Bali.. but at Villa Legian C there is no telephone to the reception.. breakfast is not good.. and by the time the swimming pool is not full... hopefully in the future at that price it will be possible with better facilities

Stayed in a villa with 3 rooms and a private pool, really cool, new and clean furniture, super comfortable. BUT in all the bathrooms the shower water doesn't come out, the bathtub on the top floor is dry so it's useless. We bathe using water in a soaking tub
