The balcony couldn't be opened, and the dispenser was a bit dusty, so yesterday when I drank a gallon of water it tasted like dust, maybe the catering could be improved further. But I'm very comfortable

It's enough just to take a group there once, the initial agreement is that the rental price is for 30 people, but when you get there you get charged an additional price of 1 million, after negotiating you get 500 thousand, even though the group doesn't have up to 30 people...And asking for an extra bed, the price for 1 bed is 100 thousand.There's only 1 billiard stick facility that can be used, the rest is connected using duct tape, lol...And in the morning and then in the afternoon there are lots of flies...
