Bad experience staying here. I have booked 2 rooms for 2 days. First came the manager's report: the hot water was broken. Even though Lembang is really cold, there is no hot water. The second day was worse: the water machine was broken. Finally we checked out without showering. For toileting and cleaning, use bottled water.We were traumatized staying here.Oh yes, on Agoda it says: free breakfast and pool. But it turns out there is no breakfast or swimming pool. Please improve the description on Agoda!

the worst hotel ever ! the toilet very super duper dirty . no water , not hot water π no water for shower , we bath use mineral water π dust everywhere , bedsheet dirty and have stain , room smelly not good . NOT HAVE AIRCOND . they say aircond is broken . i want change room but they say all room is full . my bad experince here . i hate this hotel so much π

Before I checked in I had booked from far away asking for the sheet and blanket to be replaced because my child was allergic to dust, when I saw the sheet there was still hair and lots of ants, there was still a lot of hair on the floor + the soap was too dry, like adding water, and the room was smile a little. For a good room for that price, it is quite spacious but please improve the cleanliness, thank you

Good location, lots of resorts.. the receptionist is friendly.. for morning exercise, the location is very good.. the rooms don't have air conditioning.. but the air is cool.. the location is inside a housing complex..

The place is inside a housing complex, to look for food you have to go out first by motorbike. The minus is that there is no AC but the APK has it, it's better to be honest.

Stayed for the second time.Pros:- The environment is not noisy- The climate is already cold, no need for AC- There are hot water facilities, lots of places to eat below, bungalows above if you want to see the sunset/sunrise- Friendly staff- Is there Wi-Fi- Access to tourist attractions around Lembang is not too far awayCons:- The portal has a curfew limit- Look for food/snacks if you walk quite a distance outside the complex- Wifi is unstable and often has low signal- Parking is open, if it's during the rainy season like yesterday it would definitely rain getting in and out of the carOverall, with an affordable price, this accommodation is okay ππ»

At the beginning of March 2020 I stayed here 3 nights and 4 days... my impression of staying here was Alhamdulillah, all the facilities could be used, the rooms were clean, the toilets were clean, there were snacks and bottled mineral water provided... the staff were friendly, but vehicle security was a bit lacking... maybe If possible, provide your own fence or portal for security..
