The location is OK, the rooms are big, given Indomie and eggs, only there are lots of ants and the blankets are dusty. but overall OK.

The villa is very comfortable and nice. But unfortunately I had a VERY BAD experience with TETEH GUARD OF THE villa. Nice villa, polite management tries to come to solve the problem but the person guarding the villa really has no ETHICS! Having no manners, let alone not apologizing at all to our family until checkout. Impressed accusing us of destroying the hot water, even though since we came in the hot water couldn't be used but because we came it was almost evening and we were tired and we were too lazy to comment, the next morning we just asked because my baby needed hot water for bathing, instead they thought we were the ones finished the hot water?! Then entered the villa before checkout time and DARE to clean up the villa while our belongings were still there before we left. If there is a late check out fine, we will definitely pay it (even though we can leave at 1pm or 1pm as appropriate for a 5 STAR HOTEL) but from 11am the guard was busy coming to check the hot water which was off. Are you grumbling because you're tired of cleaning up the villa alone, so we don't get out quickly? I paid to stay comfortably, how come I have to hear the guard kicking out guests because he wants to clean up? So funny. The reason I asked for 1 o'clock was because I had an 8-month-old child so I could eat lunch in peace before I went out to checkout. Even though the dishes are cleaned by my personal artist too. It's a shame that we got a bad impression from vacationing there. Throughout my stay at the villa and at the new hotel, this time I discovered something unpleasant. Please provide input to better understand the ethics and manners of those looking after the villa! Thank You.

The villa is nice, spacious, complete with instant noodles, coffee, Netflix, wifi, hot water. So all in one package. Looks like I'll come back if I have time. Nice 👍
