Nice mountain view with warm whirlpool....

9/10 for the atmosphere, view and location in the middle of a tea plantation which is really perfect. 8/10 for the cabin, clean and the lock system and rooms such as speakers and others are functioning well. All staff are helpful and friendly.It's just that, this morning, Oct 12, there was a group event which turned out to be checking in this afternoon, but the event had started at 10am.The MC's mic was really loud, and the format of the event was really noisy, disturbing those of us who were located in the cabin close to the main communal area.Please pay attention to event arrangements like this, so that other tenants are not disadvantaged by group events because the atmosphere becomes less comfortable for resting. Thanks

In our opinion, the short escape to Bobocabin Sukawana is less impressive and not worth the price.first impression, the trip to the bobocabin area was challenging...the roads were badly damaged. rocky and not yet leveled. The incline was difficult and we had to park the car at the bottom and be helped by staff to take it up and it also took a very long time, we waited more than an hour.When checking in, the staff only explained briefly. You know, self check-in because it's a smart system...But for those who are first timers or those who don't know about technology?There are no staff accompanying you next to the check-in screen and that's a real minus. At least ready to help if there are guests who are confused.We arrived late at night and it was raining really hard, the distance between the cabin and the lobby was quite far because we got to the very end... as a result we arrived in the cabin soaking wet carrying our own bags and holding an umbrella, again none of the staff took the initiative to help us.because of the heavy rain, the balcony/dining area was flooded (wet). the tables and chairs and everything were wet. We could only eat in the room. Another minus is because there should be curtains that can be lowered if it rains heavily so the dining area can still be used. The design isn't proper and it doesn't take into account what the weather conditions will be like if it rains, it makes you feel bored just staying in your room all night, you can't go out for a walk.amenities, the tissue ran out and wasn't refilled for the next guest. There wasn't a small spoon for making tea. We asked for it to be brought, minus again. because it was raining heavily, the wifi to connect to the smart system had an error, the lights and curtains didn't work. We had to wait a long time.There is no shower cap in the bathroom, I requested it but it wasn't provided. Another minusBreakfast is not cheap but there are only 3 choices, we chose wontons and pancakes. Pancakes are 2 small size, very slow, no syrup/butter/fruit. Minusthe order was delivered at 7 am and it was delivered at 7.45.minusWhen you want to check out, self service again from the application. It feels like you're living in a boarding house, going in and out yourself, no staff to accompany the check-out process. experience failed.Conclusion, if the road access isn't ready yet, it's better not to open it to the public yet. The staff SOP must be updated, we pay that price not just to stay there but we hope there will be a good experience & service. So it's worth the price, but this is very disappointing.to come back again, it seems no thanks, because everything is limited to that cabin. If you need meditation, the place is really suitable.
