Strategic location close to downtown Lembang, but at that price I think it's reasonable, but it's bad for me for the uncomfortable bed. But if you just transit, it's worth it

Nice room as shown in the photo. Incidentally, we ordered the executive type (in room Semeru 6), but the bathroom didn't have hot water and there weren't any toiletries such as toothbrushes and shampoo. The towels are also dirty in color. Moreover, you can get a good view from the balcony at a fairly cheap price.

BEWARE OF THOSE WHO WANT TO CHECK IN HERE, PHOTOS OF BNR BNR ROOMS ARE FAR FROM THE REALITY, A CLASS OF DELUXE ROOMS PRICE 600+ IS ALREADY LIKE A 150K ROOM, COMPLAINED TO THE RECEPTIONIST THERE WAS NO ANSWER, EVEN SAID THERE WAS A ROOM THAT WASN'T SUITABLE, WOW WHAT WAS THAT???? IS THAT A FOOL? DO YOU KNOW IT'S NOT SUITABLE, WHY DON'T YOU REPLACE THE PHOTO? INSTEAD, HE WAS LEFT TO TAKE CARE OF OTHER GUESTS WITHOUT ANY MUCH AT ALL, DON'T EVER CHECK IN HERE DRPD YOU WILL BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!

Really disappointed. The price is expensive but the facilities are not there. The needs are not guaranteed according to the price. The bathroom faucet leaks and the water is dirty. There are no tissues or toiletries. The photos don't match the situation. They say the facilities are complete plus breakfast, in fact it's zonk. The service not friendly, basically I'm tired of staying there 😡😡😡

The condition of the room is not like the photo, maybe the photo was taken when it was just built, the condition is different from the existing one. Hard mattress.. stuffy room. The first water condition came in good, the second day the shower was small, but after complaints, they were taken seriously by having the machine repaired. The officers are friendly and responsive. The location is close to several tourist attractions, to find food close by, because there are several restaurants close to the hotel.
