In my opinion, the most worth it accommodation in Manado so far is Kalyana Residence. Stayed here for 4 days and was amazed that the place was very well maintained, clean, the room facilities were spacious and complete, it wasn't stuffy because there was a window even though the room had AC. Anyway, it's really comfortable✨The general facilities also make it even more worth it!! With very affordable prices, there is a washing machine, refrigerator and iron, which is very useful for those who want to stay here while working or even just on holiday. Don't forget the service from the guard and the owner of the residence is also really good😭🫶🏻BTW there is also Kalyana's guest house next door and they say it's better because it's still new. In terms of location, it's still very strategic in my opinion because it's still close to various FnB outlets and other shopping centers, but if you want to go to the Mantos area or other areas it takes around 10-15 minutes but it's very okay if you're driving. This place will be your accommodation destination every time you go to Manado😍✨

The place is clean, there is air conditioning, exhaust, TV, table, wardrobe, hot water, 2 pillows without slime, WiFi, public refrigerator on each floor, clothes iron on each floor, public kitchen on the 4th floor, dispenser and washing machine on the 4th floor
