The room is ok, but the bathroom is pretty run down and poorly cleaned, you have to bring your own toiletries. The gentleman with whom I checked in relatively late in the evening without prior reservation is very friendly and the price is really not high! The location is perfect if you have to catch a flight early in the morning the next day.

We arrived with the lowest expectations that can be expected from the RedDoorz chain due to the poor rating received by many people, but it surprised us very well.The man who runs the hotel is a sweetheart and wanted to help us at all times since we set foot there.The room is very simple, clean and comfortable bed, hot shower (which is appreciated after coming from the homestays on the islands), air conditioning and an unbeatable location near the airport (perfect for early morning flights - less than 10 minutes walk).Don't expect cleanliness standards worthy of Europe. For Indonesia it's not bad at all.During our stay the wifi was down due to force majeure but the man told us that if there is nothing strange, there is wifi.

We arrived with low expectations due to the bad comments and they surprised us very well! The truth is that we did not understand the reason for the bad comments.First of all, I would like to highlight the kindness and customer service of the charming gentleman who runs the hotel: 10! A man's love.For its cheap price, the standards are adequate. If you require more luxuries, there are slightly more expensive hotels that will surely meet them, but this one is perfect for transit.When we arrived, the man had to clean the room: he changed the sheets and gave us impeccable white ones, he cleaned everything and we were able to enjoy a very well-equipped room with TV, air conditioning and hot water with a shower with perfect pressure. There is wifi too but it was broken that night. Not to mention the comfort of the bed!!! What more could you ask for?In addition, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the airport.We would definitely repeat.Thank you sir for your spectacular customer service!!

I ordered on the Reddoorz application when I got there the guard said it was full and the booking was not entered in their system then continued because the promo price was so unreadable by the system, even though the promo price was also moneywhich I have paid in full via the application after I emailed the cancellation for a refund it was not followed up👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Good if you need to get to the Airport early in the morningBut the worst place I have been toDirty dirty dirtyEven the bed was dirtyI felt so disgustingAnd its the Red doorOYO is not existing anymore

Order via the reddoors application, when you arrive at 8 pm the iron door is closed, no doors open, the front lights of the building are dim, the parking area is dark, more like a shophouse that has been closed for a long time..it's quiet..a bit scary..don't stay overnight..choose a hotel just something else..
