I'll start with the summary: It couldn't be worse.First of all, I would like to make a brief introduction. It is not the first time we go to Asia, so we do not expect great luxuries. We have been to Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia TWICE, etc. This accommodation, without a doubt, has been the worst of all.First of all, it is the ONLY accommodation we have been to that ALL the water is salt (shower and sink included). You can imagine spending the entire stay without fresh water, how long it takes. The second thing, when we made the reservation, it was "ALL INCLUSIVE", but that is not the case. The only drink included was water. In previous similar resorts, at least they gave us some juice, not even that here. As for the food, at no time did they make an effort to ask us if we liked it or if they could prepare something else for us (perhaps a French omelette or a sandwich was enough). If you don't like spicy, you're going to go hungry... Just seeing that the dishes they gave us were intact when we picked them up was enough to see that we didn't like the food. Luckily, 4 minutes walk away, in the town there is a kind of "kisco" where you can buy things. Tip: Ask the customer if they like the food and leave free fruit throughout the dayThe "Mountain View" bungalow is actually a view of the kitchen. Sights and smells, because from very early on we had a fried smell in the bungalow, due to the kitchen gases. The mosquito net could not be more shabby. They warn you that there are mosquitoes, but they do not remedy it. Tip: At other resorts they provided us with incense, blue pills and mosquito repellent. The light/electricity suffered several cuts a day. Of course, the cabin does not have air conditioning, nor a bottle of water. Tip: In other resorts, they leave a jug like the one in your kitchen in each bungalow. That we have to go with two small bottles to the dining room to refill is very tacky. The facilities on the part of the owners to get to the island were nil. They offered us a boat for a price of 900kRupees (€54), while our previous resort got it for us for 200kRupees (€12). Tip: Although you are a company and have to make money, do not scam with pricesThe resort is totally neglected, without maintenance. The jungle is recovering lost ground. Needs an urgent update. The furniture in the bungalows is totally useless other than taking up space, the ceiling fan must have broken and was removed, everything is dirty... Tip: Instead of spending hours sitting, maintain the complexAs for diving, I will not talk about the diving points, since they are on the island, not the Resort. The rental equipment is old and unmaintained. On the first dive, the regulator mouthpiece was broken and the tank was leaking a lot of air (I estimate it took about 10 minutes off my dive). On the second dive we changed the regulator. To my surprise, instead of having that regulator repaired, the NEXT DAY THEY PUT THE SAME ONE ON ME!! That is, by reporting an incident with the equipment, they have no intention of repairing it. The detail of, despite paying extra money for the night dive, spending close to €1000 at the resort, that you charged me €6 for ONE use of a flashlight, had never happened to me.And I end at the beginning: When we arrived at the Resort and saw the panorama, the first thing we did was look for other resorts on the island to move to, but there was no availability as it was high season. Of course, if there was availability we would have left at the first moment, so, resignation and spend the days as best as possible. The only good thing about the resort is "JEFF", the Diver Master, who deserves 5*. Thank you JEFF, you were a ray of light in our gloomy stay.
