Stayed 3 days here. Rooms are okay for the price and quite comfortable.The downside is that the service is strange. The staff is always confused when asked anything regarding the existing facilities. The food menu prices were not updated, guests were given the wrong menu (the prices turned out to be a little more expensive but it was quite annoying because in the end the staff calculated the food bill incorrectly).The staff was unresponsive when contacted via WA, just ignored it, there was no confirmation "OK sir, wait a moment" or something like that. Guests really have to call to get their chat/order answered.Even if we ordered fried noodles, we had to wait almost an hour (even though it was instant noodles). I don't know if I forgot or what, after calling (again) it took 10 minutes for the order to arrive.The information given to guests is not clear until they check out.This is what annoys the most: the staff made a mistake in calculating the food bill, causing the guest to underpay even though the guest was already on his way home.For prices and rooms, it's okay, but for service, please apply minimum service standards so that guests don't leave themselves alone. The staff is being trained again or whatever so they understand the services where they work.

Not free accommodation. The couple staying overnight must be husband and wife. There is an additional fee for excess people.

If you want to find a place to stay overnight for a long time, this could be one of the best choices.The service is friendly, the rooms are nice and neat, the beds are clean, there is TV, Wi-Fi, Hot Shower, balcony with views of Manado Bay & Mount Klabat.Even though breakfast is not available, we can ask for hot water to make Pop Mie or other warm drinks.Located right next to Indomaret, near the campus area & most importantly the atmosphere is comfortable & quiet.The best choice with commensurate value.

Apa yang kamu cari di tempat menginap? Saya suka staf yang baik dan jujur serta ruang yang bersih. Dalam hal ini, Primaesa adalah 5 bintang. Kamarnya oke. Saya rasa tidak ada tempat menginap yang lebih nyaman di Manado. Direkomendasikan!What do you look for in a place to stay? I love the kind and honest staff and clean space. In this regard, Primaesa is 5 stars. The room is okay. The sounds of speda motol and morning prayers can be heard from outside, but inside the building is quiet. I don't think there is a more comfortable place to stay in Manado. Recommended!
