What a tremendously special trip. Bastianos Bangka was oh so wonderful, indeed. My friends and I were here for a couple of days for a birthday trip.From the moment we landed and got picked up by John, the driver, who was so patient and catered for our currency exchange and lunch request. The staff went the extra mile to make it so unforgettable by planning a midnight birthday cake surprise (which is incredibly thoughtful seeing that everyone works such long hours). Everyone knows us on a first name basis.Special shout-out to Ritna the chef, Stery our host, Rodlan my dive guide, Teeka the masseur and Ricky and Eder our captain and boatboy. These are just some of the very special people who made our trip so memorable. The dive boat was always organised and clean. Completed with towels and cups labelled with your names. I adore that, no more fiddling and asking if that was someone else’s towel. The gear room was airy and actually dries the gear properly. If you crave some live music, Stery and the bartenders try to supply some during lunch and in the night, walk to the jetty and enjoy some local tunes provided by the captains and boat boys.Thank you to everyone for making this birthday trip so memorable. Definitely would love to be back or try some other Bastianos resorts if this is the high bar they’ve set! Love to you all 🤍

Excellent stay spent in this magnificent hotel complex, with a team, really very attentive, always looking to satisfy our desires, pleasant, smiling, and always available.We really appreciated the kindness of the staff, the great professionalism, the diving teams, the perfect organization, the practical transfer, although a little expensive.Great efforts are made in terms of food to satisfy the specific needs of customers. We ate something different every day, always very well cooked, it was plentiful and very satisfying.Our bungalow was comfortable, a little noisy, because we were next to Autrans, not very respectful of other people's sleep.

I really like this resort. It's the second year for me. Beautiful dives. You are looked after very well by the guide. Very good, local food. There's also a little something Western. Very nice rooms with AC and open shower. Any request will be attended to by the staff. It's enough to ask.
