Never come again. The owner/manager n staffs were unfriendly. Just asked the wifi n got unfriendly faces. The staffs were not proffesional, I asked info about bike rental, wifi n how is the deposit working but they had no idea at all. Early morning there's the noise from neighbour n the electricity I barely couldn't sleep n when I slept the staff knocked the door informed that the check out is before 12 PM, it was still 9 AM hello?? Wifi was not functional, AC was barely cold n the bathroom was smelly. The manager was also not friendly, no smile at all. They really need hospitality training. Not recommended at all.

Plus Near Inn used to be no longer what it is now, before there was WiFi, now there isn't, before the AC was cold, now it's not cold, the water is now often very slow as if there was a limit when using it, the mineral water is no longer there, only towels Only 1 is provided. What's worse is that when you go to bed it's still early at 7 o'clock, the service is playing loud music, it feels like you can't sleep soundlyðŸ˜

First, I apologize to the staff and owner for the bad review, but this is as honest as it is. I want to criticize the facilities first, there is no wifi, and the water often goes out, the rest is good. The last thing that annoys me the most is the STAFF. The other staff are very kind and friendly, but for the staff whose skin is a little brown and whose name in WA is "yusup", please help, he is very impolite. He flirted with me, asked to chat about wifi, but instead smiled and answered in a relaxed sitting position/while lying down. Then when I wanted to check out I smiled and said "the important thing is there is WA". Finally, when I wanted to move rooms he offered me to pick up my things at 9 AM while looking inside (even though the CO's time was only 2 o'clock). If you want to say too much, go ahead, but staff like him can cause trauma to Solo Travel Women. (In WA also asked where hedeh came from)

For those who complain, they can go straight to the receptionist, so most of them complain but don't ask the receptionist. THAT'S USELESS BULLSHIT. So far I have never had a problem with my subscription...everything is good...
