Highly recommended 👍🏻 all facilities are complete, from pool, Jacuzzi, bath tub and all the details are complete, even ATVs are also available. The toilets are smart, all the curtains even have a remote 👍🏻 the staff are all friendly. 100% will be back here 🫶🏻

The place is very okayExcellent serviceThe location is good for those of you who like mountain viewsAccess to the place carefully, don't be fooled by the route from G.Map and WazeFor those who bring a car, I suggest choosing the route that enters from Cikereteg Market, just follow the road up to the topThe access road in the middle is also a bit damaged, so if you use a flat car, be careful(September 30, 2024)This is one of the best Hidden Gems, really recommend it 💪

Royal Urban resort and the Royal Urban Village is the same thing btw. Anyway the photos aren't really in order but basically, these really villas live up to the prices mentioned in the website, amenities are great, there's hot water and you can ask the staff to set the personal pool and jacuzzi to warm, (btw all the villas have their own personal pool the pools aren't that big just big enough to stretch and float around in) the wifi is quite fast, and the staff were helpful. Also it's more of a resort than a villa but they say villa in the website so I'll use that.I rented the Villa DRUV A, 3 bedrooms in total but you can ask for an extra bed from the staff, you can also borrow cooking equipment, more toiletries, etc. Food was alright not too bad but I'd suggest bringing some food or even cook there, no stove btw but I think you can borrow a portable one from the resort.One caveat is that none of the resorts are wheelchair accessible even the B Villas have steps you would have to get over, the resort is pretty new so I hope that they add more wheelchair accessible buildings in the future.Alllota good doggies here so 10/10

Feel like ROYAL FAMILY!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟As the name suggests, Royal Urban ResortEverything was perfectFrom the spacious luxury modern home,Ensuite bathrooms, pavilion kitchen n dining room up until the spectacular scenery direct view from jacuzzi n infinite pool . Yes, Jacuzzi!!!My children wake up, soak, swim, eat, soak again, eat again, like that all day long🥳🥳🥳🥳The dining room has a Scandinavian gold theme filled with lights to the brimThere is a spider balcony...next to the poolThere is a complete outside bathroomThe bathroom has a bathtubThe living room is luxurious and large, there is a kettle so you don't have to go to the kitchen to make coffee and tea.High ceiling, all doors can be opened because they are foldingThe nights are cold so you don't need to use the ACDine in food, everything is delicious and recommendedBocil until crazy orangejuice 2 jugThere are ATVs for getting around the resort FREE!!!!The bonsay garden was super lovelyThe Royal Urban Team seems to be really interested in Plants and Garden detailsJust found out that Variegata Walisongo is crossed there with Bougainvillea...want to ask if you can buy it or not😆Basically, full service 💯 💯 💯 💯Kudos to Pak Beny who really made our stay PErFEct and made us feel Like King Queen and Prince😘😘😘Thank you Royal Urban ResortHope we meet again soon!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location of the Royal Urban Hotel is great. Cool Suwasana. Beautiful views. Direct view of Mount Salah. You can't go wrong with choosing the Royal Urban Hotel.
