I really don't recommend booking here, I already know that the guest checks in at 2 o'clock but the host, he didn't answer the phone, he wasn't there, the neighbor told him to call his son, who didn't know where he was and said his mother was on the way and didn't know where he was from, the place couldn't be found using Grab, so get off somewhere else and walk hot. When we got there we were told to wait, the host was irresponsible. First time getting a host like that. It's inhumane for people to come from far away, tired, hungry and hot but not getting good service.

Highly not recommended, yesterday when I stayed here, booked via Reddoorz, check in was supposed to be at 14.00 but there was no one on duty, when I contacted the reason there was an event outside. Then my family and I were asked to come again at 17.30, after 17.30 I called again, there was no confirmation, it was also difficult to contact me because I was on the road. Then finally my family and I could check in at 19.30. Please pay more attention to the owner's service.
