Staff is friendly. Pool is only for cooling off no swimming, very tiny pool. Beach is not a beach to lie down and relax, mangrove beach and alot of roots and wheats so you have to stay on the upper part of the resort. You have to pay extra for using the ac in the room. But there is a simpel fan in the room.Food is not great, its fresh but super simpel no nice flavor at all. Its chinese owned so dont expect nice indonesian food. If you dont like whats on the set menu and you ask for something else you dont get a substitude.Trips are compared to togian islands way more expensive while this is less remote.Overall you are here for a good time, nice trips snorkeling/diving and good food/drinks, wich is so, so, trips are also shortertime wise then other places. Would not recommand.

Nice place with nice staff. You have to go there especially for diving because there is no real beach and the swimming pool is tiny. …

Beautiful resort with nice staff, but some bungalow improvement is much needed for its current price point... It's expensive while their bathrooms need renovation as there's a lot of mold everywhere. Pool was extremely high in chloride and almost not suitable for swimming unfortunately. But: very friendly (singing) staff, yummy meals and stunning diving made it a nice stay.

We stayed 4 nights/5 days at Bunaken Village, a few days after the explosion of the Ruang volcano. The swimming pool was not available because there were still a lot of ashes - not at all their fault! …

Stayed here 5 nights mid march in a Beach View Bungalow. Nice basic room and toilet/bath and a terrace facing the sea.||As all other places on Bunaken is full board. Nice vacation and a good way to try Indonesia food. …

In the heart of the mangroves and the Bunaken National Park, a quiet and comfortable place, ideal for resting and discovering the richness of the seabed by diving and snorkeling. The garden is calming, the staff smiling, the food varied. The guide was able to adapt to everyone's expectations during the 7 dives carried out. After 5 days spent with them, I was happy to trust them to discover Bunaken.A well-organized stay from start to finish.

This might’ve been a great resort but now it’s in a very bad shape and heavily overpriced. Also every question we asked was received as if we were asking too much and as if we were annoying. The cabin walls have cracks, shower heads have to be hand held, shower knobs are rusted and so moldy they’ve turned green. The water from the tab and shower is slightly salty. Food is OK’ish but far from what you’d expect for this pricing. We stayed in a place a third of the price and had better food. The only cold drinks they had were tonic, beer and sprite. Nothing else not even for kids.Rooms are not cleaned daily but every three days. We asked one day for it to be cleaned but they didn’t.At the end we received a invoice that was unclear and even stated things we had already payed.Avoid this place if you can and experience the fantastic underwater world with another resort.

The environment is comfortable and suitable for relaxing. It is the most beautiful one recently. I stayed here for a week. I came back from diving every day and waited for food to be fed. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.
