Ordered 4 rooms via Reddoorz, a bit nervous. I ordered a day ago and the transfer was paid in full. When I wanted to check in, the reception staff said only 2 rooms were ready, the other 2 rooms were refundable. Because I was annoyed and didn't want a refund because the loan had already been paid off, in the end they said the room was available but they were still preparing it first. Yes, just say that it's not ready to clean up the room. Don't tell me to ask for a refund. It's not possible to stay here with a large family, because some of them sleep in the room and some of them sleep on the street. Input for the manager to always update room availability in the Reddoorz apk or other apk that you manage.

the room is okay comfortable, but the water comes out too little so if you wash your hair it takes too long to take a shower, the air conditioner wasn't cold enough yesterday when the c.i on the 3rd floor was already the coldest but it didn't feel like it at all, hopefully in the future it will be better
