Advantages: strategic location, spacious rooms.Weaknesses: Hole in the ceiling, the walls are creaking, the fan is a bit dirty, no soap or toothpaste. There are only towels. There are no drinks or hot water kettles. It's really empty. The back of the mattress is slanted, the mattress is a bit hard and concave in the middle. Like it wasn't taken seriously enough.Apart from that, if you have paid cash in advance, you cannot take your KTP with you. Can only be picked up the next day after check out. Well, if we want to go out and need an ID card, it becomes very troublesome.For a price of 300 thousand/night with many drawbacks, if you don't really have to, it's better to choose another accommodation that is slightly above 300 thousand, but clean, well maintained and comfortable.Hopefully in the future, Deporiz can be more serious and can improve it again.

The rooms are spacious, the prices are affordable, the guards are also communicative and friendly, the roadside location is easy to find, next to the AlMantuq Islamic Boarding School, close to coffee shops and several cafes around...recommended for staying if you want to go to the Purba Valley...

The closest accommodation to the Al-Matuq boarding school, affordable price, family room with 2 beds available, warm water available for bathing, unfortunately the annoying noise on the street can still be heard from inside the room, the stairs to get to the top bed are not safe

Rooms need renovation, such as the family type, the stairs and upper floor need to be repaired. The air holes and rear doors should be provided with mosquito nets.The reservation service does not provide complete information, which is normal because I saw only 1 person on duty. Cleanliness is good, there are drink refills provided, enough car parking for 5 cars, there is a place to relax on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately we didn't take any photos there. The location is very close to the Al Ma'tuq Islamic boarding school. The air there is cold in the morning so you don't need air conditioning. Hopefully it will soon be equipped with a set box for the TV so there will be entertainment for the children
