The room is ok, looks new. But there is no hot water provided. The female morning shift worker wearing a black mask spoke badly. Seeing that he was a child, he could say whatever he wanted, it was impolite. When he asked about the room that he didn't fit in, he made a gesture of having a headache. What is this? Please train your employees well. As for the male night shift employees, this is no problem. Speak well and serve Please give a warning to the morning shift staff. I've read many reviews and they all say the same thing that the employees speak badly. If you haven't warned or done nothing, no one will enter. One round is enough.

A bad hotel. The TV is broken. The staff has a bad attitude. There is no shampoo or shower gel. There is nothing. The room has a smell and they won't let you return the deposit. Please don't stay in this hotel.

The room is good location near The mall life store Bangkae. The room is new and clean. Some moment we will listen some sounds like something fall on the floor. The price is good and suitable.

Poor service. Planned to stay several nights but booked just one day before. Speak badly and do not recommend customers. We spent money staying and should have better service. There isn't any water solution in the room.

Hotel: Stay on the 3rd floor. Staff are always at your service. Come check in at 11:30 p.m. The room is clean, no musty smells, the bathroom is clean, there is a balcony inside the room:⭕️ There is a refrigerator, lamp, liquid soap, cloth, bedside power socket. There is a cafe, drinks, and microwave on the 1st floor. There is a parking lot opposite the school. // ❌No hair dryer.⭐️Employees, good service, cute, give good advice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The deposit is 500. There is no coffee. If you want to drink it, you have to go out and buy it. The Penuos Suite/Penuos Residence opposite provides it, but you can’t drink it.

Check in at around 3:00 p.m. Just finished cleaning the room.If I get in earlier than this, will I have to wait longer?Everything else is ok. Good parking with a roof.The room looks new. The neat view is from the room on the opposite side of another building.Very close, the sound of the toilet flushing was very loud.***The mattress is very hard.

Had the opportunity to work in the Bang Bon area, so I was looking for a place to stay. So I found a place here. I got room 206 for the first night. I went into the room around 11:00 p.m. and found 5 small cockroaches that came out and hit them until they died. In the morning I came to inform the housekeeper and tell her to give me an injection. Came back from work the second night. At the same time, there were 8 more that were heavier. Plus, the towels were the same ones and the mattress was stained. Would like to improve with cleanliness. Some receptionist's words. Ask if there is a chance to come and stay. The answer is that I would rather not take it.

We live here almost every day. 2 months (pay daily, no lump sum) I repeat that daily!!) I would like to blame the manager. The new person doesn't have leadership skills. Gossip about customers, speak loudly and use bad language towards customers very often. Just the matter of the customer requesting to move rooms. Used words to customers that you didn't think you could say (there is evidence) and had a white female employee come and tell my girlfriend, "I won't let you move from now on." There was more to this employee's behavior. That's bad for customers like us. I would like to clarify about changing rooms that we are here in each room that we are staying in. In a period of 2 months, we only requested to change rooms less than 5 times, and it definitely took us at least 1 week to request a move. There is no way for us to stay in each room. 2-3 days and then move. (There is evidence) In the last conversation, this manager said to us, "Let's stay until tomorrow at noon." (Is this a deliberate attempt to chase away customers?) I would like the owner to come out and explain these events because There were some controversial words on the line, and the employee said, "The owner said it himself."
