What's the story? I ordered from Traveloka but when I got to the hotel they said they were no longer cooperating with Traveloka, even though we already sent Traveloka, hmmm, what's the solution? Please, if you no longer cooperate, contact Traveloka so that something like this doesn't happen again

Strongly not recommend. Very disappointed. I've paid in full on Agoda. Until the location tells you to add. The guard is not polite. If you've already paid, you can't get a refund.

I was really disappointed, I called Agoda many times and said it was okay with the property but in fact I was rejected. Not really recommended, it's better not to go here, especially since the officers, men and gentlemen, don't clearly know how to feel empathy at all
