Actually the place is nice, the AC is cold, the water heater is all safe. there's only a mouse in the room. Every time I sleep, I always wake up because I'm worried about the rats🥲

The person on duty was glaring and didn't understand what the receptionist was or was not clear when the guests were being debated by 3 employees so the service was bad below 1 star, with the intention of going on holiday instead of getting emotional. I'm tired of staying here!!THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD!!, THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION IS VERY RUDE NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY AND VERY IMPROLENT! The narrow room smells musty, the bathroom smells bad, the towels are also shabbyJust entered the room, the sheets were dirty, dusty, there were white spots too, I complained to the guard, he said it was traces of soap, I asked to change the sheets/change rooms, they weren't allowed, the roof was leaking, making the floor and mattress wetBut when I checked out, the guard's mouth was very rude and he said the mattress was all wet, even though I explained that it was already wet when I just entered the room.Even though the only person who checked the room when I checked out was the female guard. but the guy guard at the reception desk also tried to make up stories

The right place to rest in a city where the temperature is quite warm. Cold AC, clean rooms. Parking is limited. There is no outside window view. But overall: nice place to stay overnight.

There are no hot water facilities. Cleanliness is not paid attention to, as soon as you enter you can smell the musty smell. The bathroom smells bad. And the drainage is not good. Dtaff is also not very helpful. Hopefully in the future it can be improved
